FAST TRACK GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAMMES
Each discipline delivers a different training programme, all are real roles where you contribute to the business from day one, operating in fast paced, pressurised environments with mentor supported individual training and development.
Our fast-track programmes are just that, Graduates with the right alternative wording please and attitude rise through the business into international senior management roles. We have a sound support network in place, but progression at this level involves a very steep learning curve and there will always be new challenges to meet. We don't hide the fact that we are demanding, that is why we are prepared to invest fully in you; when we appoint you we do so because our business needs you it's not just to fill a quota.

GRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES
The roles within each training programme are varied; however all graduate trainees have the opportunity to try several for all-round training within each function.
Marketing & Sales Swindon, UK
Marketing & Sales programmes are similar in both Household and Healthcare. Each involves a 50:50 split between marketing and sales, to ensure a comprehensive commercial training programme. The year of brand management (marketing) includes working in roles that will involve TV advertising campaigns, consumer insights and brand planning. Sales roles (whether it's Trade Marketing, National Accounts supporting either Grocery or Pharmacy accounts) deliver an understanding of 4P execution, category management and delivering net revenue growth.
Finance Hull, UK
The Healthcare Finance programme includes a rotation of roles whilst studying for the CIMA qualification. Responsibilities will include management accounting and financial accounting, supporting the both the commercial teams and the UK manufacturing facilities. The type of challenges to be faced will include helping the factory teams achieve their cost-saving targets and the commercial teams decide the best way to maximise their cash investments.
Information Services Slough, UK
The Corporate Information Services Programme is a two-year programme for high potential Information Services Directors of the future which supports our aim to grow a large percentage of tomorrow's top management from within. It provides a continuous stream of talent, able to make an impact at all levels of the Information Services organisation as their careers develop. Our programme is about real responsibility and real results, whilst creating an environment where Graduates develop through practical learning and activity.
Supply Chain Management Hull, UK
The Healthcare Supply programme exists to find the factory managers of the future. Roles are based in the manufacturing facilities in both Derby and Hull. The responsibilities of graduates on this programme include all aspects of manufacturing; from ensuring an area hits its production targets, to implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Research & Development Hull, UK
The Research & Development programme involves a variety of placements across all 3 'pillars' of the 200-strong team. There will be placements in: Category Development, where scientists look for ways to improve our current products; the New Technology Group, who locate and generate the ideas of the future; and the Scientific Services Group, where the aim is to support European markets in newly-launched products.
